Abdul Rhman Mathbout has more than ten years of experience in the construction and engineering industries. He serves as the founder and CEO for Mathbout Consulting Group.

Mr. Mathbout practices in the construction, energy and government contracts areas. He is a graduate of the University Of Sharjah in the United Arab of Emirates, AEBT Accredited, with a Bachelor of Science degree B.Sc in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Mr. Mathbout also is developing, implementing and maintaining Quality management Systems.

More than eight years of experience in ISO 9001:2015- Quality Management Systems audits, Compliance Monitoring and performance Metrics, Construction Quality Management, QA/QC Third-party Inspection oversight, Certified quality audits, experienced in Development of Inspection and Test Plans and ITP checklists, Process Improvements, Nonconformance Reporting/Tracking: Issue Resolution, Corrective and Preventative Action Plans, Requirements Management and Risk Mitigation.

As part of his national and international practice, Mr. Mathbout advises clients on multibillion-dollar mega-projects where disputes exceed several hundred million dollars. Mathbout represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers and designers in private and government contract matters. He has significant experience with petrochemical, LNG, renewable energy manufacturing facilities, EPC projects, solar facilities, wind projects, biomass projects, fossil-fueled generation facilities, complex tunneling projects, activated carbon plants, steel fabrication, hydroelectric generation, mass transit, rare earth metals mining, deep foundations, slope stability, retaining walls, dams, water treatment, bridges, infrastructure and concrete structures.
